The Story
of Data Sa
Data Sa. childhood was spent in a very ordinary family. Due to the death of his mother in childhood and joint family, he went to Gujarat at the age of 12 and there he learned milking work at a private dairy and taught himself to read and write. He did not even attend school. Inspired by his maturity and willpower, his Boss offered to adopt him, but he declined it and went to Udaipur.
In 1966 , he established Narayan dudh bhandar in Udaipur. At that time, due to lack of chilling facilities, he did chilling for some time in the initial years with the help of his colleague and founder of Udaipur dudh bhandar , Shri Pratap Singh Rao Sahb (-Aidana). Due to the government rules of that time, he could not bring any equipment from outside the state. And if he brought it, heavy tax would be levied. After some time, he ordered a machine from Ahmedabad for chilling as scrap and got it assembled in Udaipur by a mechanic. And brought Narayan dudh bhandar into existenece .
